First Impressions of the Évolur Voyager (& the Facts)

When our Évolur Voyager Travel Stroller arrived, I couldn’t believe how lightweight and compact the package was! I was not new to travel strollers, but I was impressed with this box right away. The stroller itself weighs just 11.2 lb, and it folds down really small. In addition to its size and weight, here are a few things I loved about this stroller the first time I opened it:

• It is super easy to open with one hand (a must for busy parents who have their hands full). Just give it a tug! It is also easy to close with one hand.
• Évolur prides itself in affordable luxury, and I think that is a great way to describe this stroller! It is good quality and looks great, while still being affordable when compared to other travel strollers with similar features.
• There is a 5 point harness to strap your baby/toddler in safely.
• There is a safety bar that doubles as a handle when the stroller is folded. I love this feature! Our daughter loves to hold on to the safety bar while riding- she pretends like she’s driving!
• It fits in most overhead bins on airplanes, which means no gate checking! (This is a must for us.)

Where Have We Been With Our Évolur Voyager?

Over the past 10 months, we have taken our Évolur Voyager Travel Stroller on so many getaways! It’s gone with us on numerous flights and road trips, and it never disappoints! Here are a few highlights of our travels with our favorite stroller:

Los Angeles County and Orange County, California

One of our first trips with our Évolur Voyager Travel Stroller was a road trip to Southern CA for a week. We loved how it fit in our very full trunk due to its compact size. We lived in Southern CA for nearly a decade and moved when our daughter was 4 months old, so we loved returning to visit our family, friends, and favorite spots. Our daughter was comfortable in her stroller as we visited numerous museums, outdoor shopping areas, and restaurants in both Los Angeles and Orange Counties. It even did well on the paved walkways at our favorite beaches!

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

When our Évolur Voyager Travel Stroller went on its first flight, it quickly became our #1 favorite travel stroller. It was so easy to use in airports, store in the overhead bins, and use during our week in Pittsburgh. We fell in love with the city and were able to enjoy sights like the Phipps Conservatory & Botanical Gardens and Schenley Park with ease thanks to this stroller!

South Lake Tahoe, California

While the Évolur Voyager Travel Stroller is not made for snow, we really enjoyed taking it along on our family trip to Lake Tahoe. We were able to use it when shopping and eating out, and we were thankful that we decided to bring it!

Why the Évolur Voyager is Perfect for Traveling Toddlers

Earlier in this post, I mentioned that we love the Évolur Voyager Travel Stroller now that our daughter is a toddler. While the stroller is safe for infants 6 months and older, we found that it was perfect for our toddler. As I mentioned earlier, this stroller does not recline, so it is important to keep that in mind if that is important criteria for you. When our daughter was a little over one year old, she stopped wanting to recline in her stroller, so it was no longer important for us to have a reclining stroller for travel.

Because it lacks that feature, it is more compact that most other travel strollers. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – it is so compact and so lightweight! It is easy to use, easy to open/close, and easy to push around. It’s quality has stood the test of time, and we will definitely hold on to it for our future children once our daughter grows out of it.

Overall, it provides a smooth ride for our daughter and is a great value! I would highly recommend this stroller to traveling families who are looking for a stroller that they can take with them on all their adventures!
