Some travel destinations are friendlier toward food allergies than others, and London definitely makes the list of friendly cities.

We may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post. We only recommend products and services that we love!

When my husband and I made plans to travel to London (both the first and second time), I did a lot of meal research. As someone who travels with food allergies, researching food options is always a major part of my overall trip research. I am happy to help you with this process! Researching beforehand will allow you to enjoy your trip a lot more. No last minute Googling and no going hungry because you cannot find a safe choice. If you’re interested in learning more about how I navigate traveling internationally with food allergies, I have an entire blog post dedicated to my top 5 tips.
